Where do we enter the awards?
You can enter on www.southafricanloyaltyawards.com/categories. Select the category that you would like to enter, click ‘enter online’, and it will direct you to the Judgify platform where you can complete your entry online.
Is there a tutorial on how to enter?
Yes, this can be found on www.southafricanloyaltyawards.com/how-to-enter.
Can we enter manually instead of online?
No. Only ‘Industry Talent’, Industry Personality’ and ‘Industry Team’ can be submitted manually.
When do Early Bird rates close?
07 May 2026.
Do we need to complete our entry in one go?
No. You can start working on it and continue until final submission on 21 May 2026.
By when do we need to complete my entry?
21 May 2026
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes you can.
Can I enter one of the ‘Best Programme’ categories as well as newcomer or re-launch?
No. If you are entering newcomer or re-launch then you cannot enter one of the ‘Best programme’ categories.
How do I know what the date criteria are for the various categories?
These can be found in the small print at https://www.southafricanloyaltyawards.com/how-to-enter
Where can we get an invoice?
Email Rowen at info@southafricanloyaltyawards.com with the categories that you would like to enter, and she will send you an invoice.
By when do we need to pay?
Early bird entries need to be invoiced by 7 May. Entries are to be paid by 15 June.
Is the information we submit kept confidential?
Yes. All judges sign a code of conduct which prevents them from sharing any information.
What is our winning paragraph used for?
The winning paragraph is published in the winners’ report and may be used for the press release.
Are entries shortlisted?
Unless a category has an overwhelming number of entries, entries are not shortlisted to keep an element of surprise at the awards dinner.
Who sponsors the awards?
To protect the integrity of the awards, the South African Loyalty Awards itself does not have a sponsor.
When and where is the gala dinner?
Radisson Collection Hotel, Waterfront, Cape Town on 09 September 2026.
Who can attend the gala dinner?
The gala dinner is open to anyone who would like to purchase a ticket.
How do we book seats for the gala dinner?
Tickets can be purchased by emailing Rowen on info@southafricanloyaltyawards.com
